Thermal Water Parks

Caldas Novas and Rio Quente sit atop the world’s largest hydrothermal aquifer, fueling a network of thermal water parks with temperatures ranging from 37°C to 58°C. This selection features the massive Praia do Cerrado artificial beach, the volcanic-themed slides at diRoma, and the historic Lagoa Thermas, where the region’s geothermal activity was first documented. These parks offer a mix of high-adrenaline slides, wave pools, and natural thermal rivers unique to this Brazilian cerrado region.

Hot Park

Built directly on a natural thermal river, this park features the 31-meter-high Xpirado slide and the Bird Park conservatory. It is the only water park in the region with naturally heated flowing water.

Clube Privé

A central water park in Caldas Novas featuring multiple thermal pools, water slides, and the Acqua Kids splash area. It is one of the city's oldest established aquatic clubs.

diRoma Acqua Park

Features a large volcano-themed structure with integrated slides, a wave pool, and high-speed attractions like the Kamikaze and Twister. It includes a dedicated aquatic area for children.

Praia do Cerrado

One of the world’s largest artificial beaches with naturally warm thermal water. It features white sand, nine different wave patterns, and three distinct beach zones catering to different age groups.

Lagoa Thermas Parque

The site where the region’s first thermal springs were discovered. It features the natural Lagoa Quente, the Eco Praia artificial beach, and several thermal pools and slides.
