Pollença’s coastline features a diverse range of Mediterranean environments, from the expansive sandy shores of Port de Pollença to the secluded pebble coves of the Formentor peninsula. The region is home to the four distinct inlets of Cala Sant Vicenç and the iconic Platja de Formentor, known for its fine white sand and pine-fringed backdrop. Many locations, such as Cala Bóquer and Cala Murta, require hiking through the Serra de Tramuntana foothills, offering access to clear waters and dramatic views of the Cavall Bernat ridge.

Formentor Beach

A very narrow beach with fine, white sand. If the crystal clear water isn't enough to make your day, rent a pedalo or a jetski.

Cala Clara

A small sandy cove located in the resort of Cala Sant Vicenç. It features shallow, clear water and is surrounded by residential buildings and hotels.

Cala Molins

The largest and most accessible sandy beach in Cala Sant Vicenç. It offers views of the Cavall Bernat mountain ridge and provides seasonal amenities including sun loungers.

Cala Carbó

A quiet cove at the end of Cala Sant Vicenç. The shore is primarily composed of pebbles and rocks, often used for mooring small local boats.

Cala en Gossalba

A remote, rocky inlet on the Formentor peninsula. Reached via a steep hiking trail, this secluded spot lacks services and is characterized by deep, clear water.

Cala Murta

A sheltered pebble beach tucked into a narrow bay on the Formentor peninsula. It is accessible via a 2-kilometer walk through a pine-forested valley.

A wild pebble beach at the end of the Bóquer Valley. The site is reached by a 3-kilometer hike from Port de Pollença through a scenic limestone canyon.
