Natural Wonders of Vercors

The Vercors Massif is defined by dramatic limestone geology, characterized by deep karst caves and high-altitude plateaus. This list features the Grand Veymont, the massif's highest peak at 2,341 meters, and the Gouffre Berger, the first cave in the world explored to a depth of 1,000 meters.
