Gran Canaria’s markets range from historic 19th-century food halls in Las Palmas to traditional Sunday gatherings in the central highlands. Vegueta Market

Established in 1863, this is the oldest market in the Canary Islands. Located in the historic Vegueta district, the stalls specialize in exotic tropical fruits, local cheeses, and traditional produce within a neoclassical stone building.
