Linköping Essentials

Linköping combines medieval architecture with industrial engineering and aviation history. The 12th-century cathedral and neighboring castle form the city's historic core, while the Gamla Linköping open-air museum preserves nearly one hundred 19th-century buildings. To the north, the Berg’s Locks demonstrate the engineering of the Göta Canal.
