Kaoh Rung Essentials

This selection spans the two primary islands of the Koh Rong archipelago: Koh Rong and Koh Rong Sanloem. It highlights diverse coastal features, from the seven-kilometer white-sand stretch of Long Beach to the shallow, calm waters of Saracen Bay. The list includes inland attractions like the High Point Zip Line through the jungle canopy and seasonal freshwater waterfalls, alongside remote spots like Lonely Beach, known for its untouched palm groves and bioluminescent plankton sightings.

Coconut Beach

Located on the eastern side of Koh Rong, this bay features white sand and clear water. It is a known site for observing bioluminescent plankton at night.

Long Beach

A seven-kilometer stretch of white sand on the western coast of Koh Rong, characterized by turquoise waters and a dense jungle backdrop.

Saracen Beach

The primary bay of Koh Rong Sanloem, featuring a horseshoe shape with shallow, calm waters and several piers connecting to the mainland.

High Point Zip Line

An adventure park set in the jungle canopy near Koh Touch, featuring 25 platforms, suspension bridges, and zip lines with views over the Gulf of Thailand.

Sunset Beach

Situated on the western side of Koh Rong Sanloem and accessible via a jungle trail, this beach features deeper waters suitable for snorkeling and diving.

Lazy Beach

A secluded bay on the southwest side of Koh Rong Sanloem, featuring golden sands and a quiet atmosphere away from the island's main tourist hubs.
