Peaks and Towers

This collection features the architectural and natural vantage points of Sibiu County. It highlights medieval defensive towers from the 14th to 16th centuries, such as the Council Tower and the guild-built Potters' Tower, which formed the historic fortifications of Sibiu and Mediaș. The list also includes several of Romania’s highest summits in the Făgăraș Mountains, including Negoiu and Vânătarea lui Buteanu, alongside the panoramic viewpoints of the high-altitude Transfăgărășan road.
