Aalborg’s outdoor scene spans from the historic Kildeparken, established in 1802, to the interactive Park of Music where trees play recordings of visiting artists. The Cimbrian Bull

Cimbrian Bull is 1937 bronze sculpture by Anders Bundgaard. located in central Aalborg, Denmark.

Park of Music

Features trees planted by international artists like Sting and Stevie Wonder. Each tree is accompanied by a music stand that plays a medley of the artist's hits when activated.

Kildeparken

Established in 1802, this is Aalborg's oldest park. It serves as the primary venue for the annual Aalborg Carnival and houses several classical sculptures and a fountain.

Skovdalen

A wooded valley area featuring a large open-air amphitheater. It is a major venue for outdoor summer concerts and is located adjacent to Aalborg Zoo.

Mølleparken

Elevated park established in 1934 on the site of a former mill. It features several sculptures and offers panoramic views of the city and the Limfjord.

Aalborg Miniby

A 1:10 scale model of Aalborg’s historic center as it appeared around 1870, featuring hundreds of handcrafted miniature houses, churches, and shops.

Skanseparken

High-altitude park in Nørresundby situated on former 17th-century military ramparts. It provides views across the Limfjord toward Aalborg’s city center.

Lindholm Strandpark

Waterfront park featuring a sandy beach, swimming areas, and sports facilities. It is connected to the city center via a pedestrian path along the Limfjord.

Østre Anlæg

A 6.5-hectare urban park centered on a large lake. It includes a bird sanctuary, flower gardens, and paths popular for running and walking.
