Charles Darwin Research Station

The Charles Darwin Foundation was founded in 1959, under the auspices of UNESCO and the World Conservation Union.

Parque Maldonado

A hillside park and viewpoint built to commemorate the Battle of Riobamba on April 21, 1822. It features a large historical mural and offers panoramic views of the city and surrounding volcanoes.

A public square situated in front of the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, known for its manicured gardens and central location in the historic district.

A recreational water park located in the Guano district, featuring multiple swimming pools, slides, and outdoor sports facilities.
