Piran and the surrounding coastline feature a rich collection of religious architecture reflecting centuries of Venetian influence and maritime history. This selection includes the iconic St. George’s Parish Church with its Venetian-style bell tower, the atmospheric 14th-century cloister of the Minorite Monastery, and the coastal ruins of St. Bernardin.
