Volcanic Peaks of Taupō

The Taupō region sits at the heart of the Taupō Volcanic Zone, a highly active geothermal area on New Zealand's North Island. This collection features the massive rhyolitic caldera of the Taupō Volcano, now filled by the country's largest lake, alongside the younger stratovolcanoes of Tongariro National Park.
