Historic Sites of Kerry
The Iveragh Peninsula contains a high concentration of archaeological remains spanning from the Bronze Age to the medieval period. This collection features massive dry-stone ring forts like Staigue and Cahergal, which showcase advanced early Christian engineering. The landscape is also marked by Bronze Age ritual sites, including the Kenmare and Uragh stone circles, and the coastal ruins of Ballycarbery and Ballinskelligs castles. Kenmare Stone Circle
Bronze Age ritual site featuring 15 standing stones arranged in an elliptical shape with a central boulder tomb. It is one of the largest stone circles in southwest Ireland.

Cahergal Ring Fort
