Kobarid's Unmissable Highlights

Kobarid balances its somber military history with the natural beauty of the Soča Valley. The Kobariški Museum and the Italian Charnel House document the events of the WWI Isonzo Front, while the town's architectural heritage is represented by the 18th-century Napoleon Bridge and the Parish Church. This collection features the prominent summits and ridges surrounding Kobarid in the Julian Alps and Prealps.
