Moscow Museums and Galleries

Moscow’s museum landscape spans centuries of history, from the Kremlin's Armoury and Terem Palace to the contemporary collections of the Moscow Museum of Modern Art. The city features specialized sites such as the 1812 Battle of Borodino panorama, the expansive natural history displays at the Darwin and Paleontological Museums, and the neoclassical Tsaritsyno estate. Unique collections also cover the evolution of global currency, the history of the Russian Navy, and traditional beverages like kvass.
