Best Beaches and Viewpoints in Mġarr

Mġarr’s western coastline offers a distinct landscape of sandy bays, clay slopes, and limestone cliffs. This selection covers the major sandy beaches of Golden Bay and Għajn Tuffieħa, alongside the more remote pebble shores of Fomm ir-Riħ. Ġnejna Bay

Ġnejna Bay is a popular tourist destination located about 1 kilometer from the village of Mġarr on the western coast of Malta.

Riviera Beach

Also known as Għajn Tuffieħa, this bay features reddish sand and is reached by a flight of approximately 200 stone steps. It is bordered by natural clay slopes and the Qarraba headland.
