Arco de Santa Catalina

Built in the 17th century, this iconic yellow arch allowed cloistered nuns to pass between the Santa Catalina convent and a school across the street without being seen. The clock on top was added in the 19th century.

Palacio del Ayuntamiento

Completed in 1743, this city hall features a double-arched stone facade. It houses municipal offices and the Museo del Libro Antiguo, which displays early Central American printing works.
