Cyprus’s strategic Mediterranean location is reflected in its diverse fortifications and memorials. This collection spans from the 10th-century Saint Hilarion Castle in the Kyrenia Mountains to the Ottoman-era Hamam Omerye in Nicosia. The list includes coastal defenses like the Venetian-built Kyrenia Castle and the medieval Larnaca Fort, alongside the high-altitude Kantara Castle.
