Beautiful Sandy Beaches

Located on the Atlantic coast of the Île de Ré, these beaches range from the sheltered waters of the Fier d’Ars to the wave-swept Côte Sauvage. The northern end features expansive sandbanks like the Banc de Bucheron, accessible at low tide, while the central isthmus at Le Martray offers narrow sandy stretches.
