Historical Ruins

Karpathos preserves a diverse archaeological record spanning from the Mycenaean period to the Early Christian era. This collection features the ancient acropolis of Arkasa with its Cyclopean walls, the rock-cut Hellenistic tombs of Vrougounda, and the coastal remains of the Agia Fotini basilica. Arkésia, Paleókastro
