Agios Georgios Pegeia Archaeological Site

An Early Christian settlement featuring three basilicas built in the 6th century. The site includes extensive floor mosaics, a baptistery, and a series of tombs carved into the coastal cliffs. It served as a significant pilgrimage stop for travelers between Egypt and Byzantium.
