Lefkada's Unmissable Gems

Lefkada features a diverse landscape ranging from the 14th-century Venetian Castle of Santa Maura to the windsurfing hub of Vasiliki. The island's west coast is defined by dramatic limestone cliffs and turquoise waters at Egremni and Kathisma, while the interior hosts the Dimosari waterfalls and Klousouria gorge. Religious history is preserved at the 17th-century Monastery of Faneromeni, and the eastern bays like Sivota provide sheltered moorings for maritime travel.
