Lolland Essentials

Lolland features a diverse range of attractions from the free-roaming animals at Knuthenborg Safari Park to the living history of the Middelaldercentret. Ancient Monuments

Lolland’s landscape preserves significant traces of Denmark's prehistoric and medieval history. The list also includes Højene, a vast complex of 43 Bronze Age burial mounds, and Høvængestenen, the island's largest glacial erratic deposited during the last ice age.
