Hidden Gems

Luzon’s landscape features diverse geological and cultural sites, from the 8.2-kilometer navigable underground river in Palawan to the 2,000-year-old hand-carved rice terraces of Batad. The region preserves unique burial traditions, including the hanging coffins of Sagada and the mummified remains in the Timbac caves.
