Shaxi’s spiritual landscape is defined by its well-preserved Ming Dynasty architecture and a unique blend of religious traditions. This collection features the historic Xingjiao Temple, a rare 15th-century Buddhist complex, alongside Taoist pavilions like the Kuixing and Wenchang temples dedicated to literature and learning.
