Udaipur Essentials

Udaipur, the historic capital of the Mewar Kingdom, is defined by its sophisticated lake system and Rajput architecture. Lake Pichola

An artificial freshwater lake created in 1362, surrounded by palaces, temples, and marble ghats. It contains four major islands, including Jag Niwas and Jag Mandir, and was originally constructed to provide irrigation and water for the nearby Picholi village.

Sajjan Garh (Monsoon Palace)
