Best of Villa De Leyva

Villa de Leyva’s landscape preserves a deep history ranging from the Cretaceous period to Muisca civilization. This selection features Museo El Fósil, home to a nearly complete 120-million-year-old Pliosaur fossil discovered in situ, and the Sol Muisca museum which explores indigenous astronomical knowledge. Museo El Fósil
