Portofino’s religious heritage is anchored by the 12th-century Divo Martino, a Romanesque church housing notable Ligurian artworks. Along the cliffside, the Church of San Giorgio preserves the relics of the town’s patron saint, overlooking the harbor and sea. The 14th-century Oratorio di Nostra Signora Assunta serves as the seat of the local confraternity and features traditional wooden processional crucifixes.
