Icelandic Volcanoes

Vatnajökull National Park and the surrounding highlands house some of Iceland's most powerful geological features. A subglacial volcano and mountain range located on the southeastern part of the Vatnajökull ice cap. Most of the system is covered by ice, with several peaks appearing as nunataks.
