This collection highlights the diverse spiritual heritage of the Iron Gates Natural Park along the Danube. It includes the 14th-century Vodița Monastery, the oldest in Wallachia, and the reconstructed Mraconia Monastery, which stands near the site of an earlier church submerged by the river's rising waters.
