Znojmo Castle

Historic castle with origins reaching back to the 4th millennium BC that later served as a defensive stronghold, mint and residence of regional margraves. Parts of the complex house the Znojmo Museum with permanent and temporary exhibitions.

Šobes (vinice)

One of the oldest vineyards in the Czech Republic, located on a sun-drenched rocky promontory within a meander of the Dyje river. It is known for its unique microclimate.

Sealsfieldův kámen

A rock lookout point named after the Znojmo-born writer Charles Sealsfield. It provides a view of the deep Dyje canyon and the surrounding heathlands.

Hardegg vista

A wooden lookout gazebo, also known as Hardegger Warte, situated on a cliff. It overlooks the town of Hardegg and its medieval fortress across the Austrian border.

Králův stolec

Historical viewpoint with a wooden shelter overlooking the Znojmo reservoir and the Dyje valley. Legend states Polish King Sobieski watched his troops from here in 1683.
