Abroad, mobile data is often expensive, slow, or missing just when you need it — in the metro, in the mountains, or right after landing. Offline maps keep your trip working wherever you are.
What you get
- Maps downloaded around the places in your trip
- A choice of which trip days to make available offline
- Your places, routes, public transport legs, and tour meeting points without a connection
- Your trip attachments, saved together with the maps
- The download size shown before you start
- Automatic clean-up: downloaded maps are removed 30 days after your trip ends
How to use it
Open your trip in the Tripomatic app for iOS or Android, choose Offline Maps from the trip menu, select the days you need, and tap Download. Do it on Wi-Fi before you leave.
Plan first, then download
Offline maps are downloaded around the places in your trip, so add your places before downloading to make sure every location is covered. If your plans change, refresh the download.
Offline maps vs. trip export
Offline maps keep the whole Tripomatic app working without a connection. If you need your plan in another app or on paper, export it to PDF, GPX, or KML instead.
