Confirmation emails, PDF tickets, and screenshots usually end up scattered across your inbox and photo gallery. With trip attachments, they live inside the trip they belong to, ready to open at the check-in desk or the museum entrance.
What you can do
- Attach PDFs, photos, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files, OpenDocument files, emails, and calendar invites
- Take a photo of a paper ticket, pick a file, or share it straight from another app on your phone
- Drag and drop files anywhere in the app on the web and on Mac
- Open every file in the built-in viewer, converted to a clean PDF or image
- Share attachments automatically with everyone you share the trip with
- Save attachments to your phone together with the trip’s offline maps
How to use it
Open Attachments from the trip menu and add a file. Link it to a trip yourself, or let the AI assistant do it: it reads the document, finds the trip that matches its dates and destinations, and links it for you.
The AI assistant does the filing
Send a booking confirmation to the AI assistant and it picks out the important details — dates, destinations, names, and booking numbers. It then suggests where they belong: add the flight to your itinerary, set your hotel, or note the confirmation number on a place. Nothing changes until you confirm, and if no trip matches, it can create one for you.
Safe by design
Every uploaded file is converted into a fresh PDF or image before it is shown, and location data is removed from photos. Files are kept for a year after upload, and each one shows when it will be deleted. Attachments are meant for booking documents — please do not upload passports or ID cards.
Premium feature
Uploading attachments is part of Tripomatic Premium. Everyone you share a trip with can open its attachments, even on the free plan.
