Located in the Church of Santa Maria del Carmine, the chapel is notable for its outstanding frescoes made by Masaccio and Masolino, great Italian Renaissance painters. The work on the chapel was finished by Filippino Lippi.

Some of the highlights include The Temptation of Adam and Eve and The Expulsion from the Garden of Eden. Last but not least, note the Italian Rococo ceiling decorated by Giovanni Domenico Ferretti.
