Santa Monica Pier

A popular spot for both the locals and the tourists. There are many attractions (e.g. the aquarium, a video game arcade or an iconic carousel) and also many places to get food. You can choose from a variety of cuisines – burgers, pizzas or seafood are all to be found there.

The Pacific Park, an amusement park including a solar-powered Ferris wheel, is also a great place to visit. Among its other attractions are e.g. West Coaster, Bumper Cars or Mini Pirate Ship.

There is a Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. restaurant (inspired by the Forrest Gump movie) located at the Pier so if you are a fan of the film, you should consider visiting it.

There are no admissions to the pier or to the amusement park. You only pay for the individual attractions.
