Hakuba Sanso
Established in 1906, this is Japan's oldest non-religious mountain hut. Located at 2,832 meters just below the summit of Mount Shirouma, it is one of the country's largest lodges, accommodating up to 800 hikers.
Lodge Tateyama Renpo
A mountain lodge in the Murodo area of Tateyama featuring indoor hot spring baths and Wi-Fi. It serves as a base for exploring the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route.
Raichozawa Hutte

Yaridaira Goya
A strategic mountain hut at 1,990 meters along the Migimata Valley route. It serves as the primary base for the final ascent to the summit of Mount Yarigatake.
焼岳小屋
A small mountain shelter located on the saddle between Mount Yakedake and Mount Shirane, providing essential resting space for hikers traversing the active volcano.
Tokusawaen
Formerly a cattle ranch, this Kamikochi lodge offers private rooms and dormitories. It is a major junction for routes leading to Mount Yarigatake and Mount Hotaka.
Seiranso
Located near the Yumata Onsen area, this hut is notable for its proximity to natural outdoor hot springs found along the riverbed in a remote section of the mountains.
Shiroumadake Chojoshukusha
A large public mountain hut operated by Hakuba Village. Situated at 2,730 meters, it features a significant campsite and basic lodging near the summit of Mount Shirouma.
笠ヶ岳山荘
Positioned just below the 2,897-meter summit of Mount Kasagatake, this hut offers panoramic views of the Yarigatake and Hotaka mountain ranges.
蝶ヶ岳ヒュッテ
Located on the summit ridge of Mount Chogatake at 2,670 meters. It is known for its unobstructed views of the entire Hida Mountain range.
Myojinkan
A lodge located at the Myojin junction in Kamikochi. It serves as a traditional rest stop and accommodation on the trail to the Myojin Pond shrine.
Yamanohidaya
A small lodge and cafe in the Myojin area of Kamikochi, offering traditional Japanese meals and lodging near the Azusa River.
Kamonjigoya
A historic hut near Myojin Pond founded by guide Kamonji Kamijo. It is famous for serving salt-grilled Iwana (char) cooked over a traditional open hearth.
Ninoike-Shinkan
