Mt. Yudonosan

The most sacred of the Dewa Sanzan mountains, home to Yudonosan Shrine. Visitors traditionally enter the shrine grounds barefoot, and the object of worship is a large, natural thermal rock with flowing hot spring water rather than a traditional building.
