This selection spans from the organized shores of the Thermaic Gulf to the remote white-rock coves of Sithonia. Key highlights include the shallow turquoise waters of Vourvourou, pine-fringed bays on the west coast, and expansive sandy stretches with direct views of the Mount Athos monasteries. Many of these locations hold Blue Flag status for water quality and environmental management.

Sacred Greek Orthodox Sites

This collection features significant Greek Orthodox sites across Chalkidiki, ranging from the secluded monastic communities of Mount Athos to historic parish churches in coastal villages. It includes the 10th-century Hilandar Monastery, the only Serbian foundation on the Holy Mountain, and the Skete of Saint Anne, known for its rigorous ascetic tradition. Ancient Ruins and Historical Sites
