Nearby, Tenorio and Miravalles offer diverse ecosystems, with Miravalles serving as a primary source for geothermal energy. These sites provide access to tropical dry forests, cloud forests, and unique geological formations, including the mineral-rich waters of the Rio Celeste near the Tenorio massif.
