Churches of Monterosso
Monterosso al Mare’s religious heritage spans from the 13th-century Gothic-Ligurian architecture of San Giovanni Battista to the 17th-century Capuchin monastery. A Chiesa di San Giovanni Battista
13th-century Gothic-Ligurian church featuring a distinctive white and green striped marble facade and an intricate rose window. It serves as the main parish church in the historic center.

Oratorio dei Neri

D Santuario di Nostra Signora di Soviore
The oldest sanctuary in Liguria, dating back to at least 1225. Located 400 meters above sea level, the complex features Romanesque and Gothic architectural elements.
