Sylt's Ancient Heritage
Sylt’s landscape preserves a dense concentration of prehistoric monuments dating from the Neolithic and Bronze Ages. This collection features the Harhoog and Merelmerskhoog passage graves, characteristic of the Funnelbeaker culture, alongside the Tinnumburg, an Iron Age circular rampart.
