Alexandria's archaeological landscape showcases the city's Graeco-Roman heritage through diverse burial sites and monuments. Key locations include the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, a subterranean labyrinth blending Egyptian and Roman funerary art, and the 27-meter-tall Pompey's Pillar.
