Kerry's Scenic Lakes
County Kerry’s landscape is defined by its glacial heritage, featuring a mix of expansive lowland waters and high-altitude corrie lakes. This collection includes Lough Leane, the largest of Killarney’s three lakes, known for its historical monastic ruins and medieval castle. A Lough Leane
Lough Leane is the largest of the three lakes of Killarney, in County Kerry.

One of several glacial lakes situated within the Gap of Dunloe, a narrow mountain pass between the MacGillycuddy's Reeks and Purple Mountain.
