Gaziantep'in Olmazsa Olmazları

UNESCO Yaratıcı Gastronomi Şehri Gaziantep, antik tarihi köklü bir mutfak geleneğiyle harmanlıyor. Şehir, dünyanın en büyük Roma mozaikleri koleksiyonuna ev sahipliği yapan Zeugma Mozaik Müzesi'ne ve tarihi Gaziantep Kalesi'ne ev sahipliği yapmaktadır. Bakırcılar Çarşısı ve Almacı Pazarı gibi geleneksel çarşıları, yüzyıllara dayanan el sanatlarını ve yöresel baharatları sergilemektedir. Baklavası ve katmer gibi eşsiz hamur işleriyle tanınan şehrin mutfak mirası, özel müzelerde ve İmam Çağdaş gibi tarihi lokantalarda korunmaktadır.
