Malaga’s coastline offers diverse environments, from the central, bustling Malagueta Beach to the water-sport-oriented La Misericordia. Located in a former fishing district, this beach consists of several small, sheltered coves protected by stone jetties. The promenade is lined with traditional seafood restaurants specializing in espetos de sardinas grilled over open wood fires.
