Tirana’s history is etched into its public spaces through a diverse collection of monuments spanning the Ottoman, monarchist, and communist eras. This list features the 19th-century Clock Tower and the Kapllan Pasha Tomb alongside 20th-century installations like the Postbllok memorial, which includes a Cold War bunker and a segment of the Berlin Wall. Sculptures of national heroes like Skanderbeg and Avni Rustemi stand alongside tributes to international figures like Woodrow Wilson, reflecting Albania's complex geopolitical journey and its struggle for independence.
