Kiruna, Sweden's northernmost municipality, encompasses a vast Arctic landscape featuring Kebnekaise, the nation's highest mountain, and the 467-kilometer Kungsleden hiking trail. The region is home to the world-renowned Ice Hotel in Jukkasjärvi, reconstructed annually from Torne River ice, and the Esrange Space Center.
