Tutong District highlights

Tutong District features a blend of natural heritage and civic landmarks. The region is home to Tasek Merimbun, an ASEAN Heritage Park and Brunei's largest lake, characterized by its unique dark water and wooden boardwalks. In the town center, a series of monuments and landmark signs, such as the Mercu Tanda Kenangan and Taman Seri Warisan Emas, commemorate royal milestones and define the administrative identity of Pekan Tutong along the riverbanks.
