Madeira's Natural Wonders

This collection highlights Madeira’s geological and coastal features: coastal and inland waterfalls fed by mountain streams, lava-formed caves in São Vicente, high sea-view lookouts over Porto Moniz, and two legally designated Special Areas of Conservation protecting the offshore islets of Porto Santo and the Desertas with important seabird colonies and marine habitats.
