Gifu Prefecture’s landscape is defined by the Hida Mountains and significant volcanic activity. This collection features Mount Ontake, Japan's second-highest volcano, and Mount Norikura’s highest peak, Kengamine. Natural formations extend underground at the Hida Great Limestone Cave, while the 76-meter Shiramizu Falls and Hirayu Waterfall showcase the region's hydrological features.
