This collection features the Koutsoyannopoulos Wine Museum, housed in an 8-meter-deep natural cave, and the SantoWines cooperative, established in 1947. Visitors can explore the island's viticultural history through Domaine Sigalas’ tasting seminars or sample local vintages at Heliotopos, a wine bar situated in an underground cavern. These locations showcase traditional sun-drying techniques and modern winemaking processes that define the island’s centuries-old wine heritage.
